Terms and Conditions
These terms set out how you may use Crypto & Bitcoin Casinos at motards-online.com, what our reviews and rankings of crypto casinos are and are not, and where responsibility sits between us, you, and the operators we cover. By browsing the site or following a link to a Bitcoin casino, you accept what follows. Last reviewed Sep 23, 2026.
Short version: we publish research and opinion about offshore crypto gambling sites available to US players. We are not a casino, we do not take deposits, and we cannot resolve a dispute you have with an operator. Every offer we mention is governed by that operator's own terms, not ours.
Who may use this site
This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18, and at least 21 where the casino you are looking at or the rules applying to you set that higher minimum. Individual operators publish their own age floor — some set 18, some 21 — and you should read it on their site before registering. We do not knowingly publish content aimed at anyone under those ages, and we do not market to them.
Gambling involves losing money. Nothing here is a prediction, a system, or an income plan. If your play stops feeling like entertainment, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources go into the tools worth using and their limits.
How we make money, and what that does not buy
We earn commission. When you click through to BetPanda, CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino or any other operator listed here and go on to register or deposit, the operator may pay Crypto & Bitcoin Casinos a referral fee. You pay nothing extra for using our links.
What commission does not do:
- It does not buy a position in our rankings, and it does not buy a higher editorial rating.
- It does not stop us writing about a site's weaknesses — every review on this site carries at least one.
- It does not mean we endorse the operator, vouch for its solvency, or accept liability if it fails to pay you.
Some sites we rate pay us nothing. Some sites that would pay us well are not listed at all. Where a commercial relationship exists, it sits behind the same editorial process as everything else. More on who writes here is on our about page.
What our ratings mean
The score beside each casino — 10.0 for BetPanda, 9.9 for CoinPoker Casino and Cryptorino, and so on down the list — is an editorial rating produced by our team from published information, operator terms, licensing records and user-facing documentation. It is not a customer-review score, not an average of player votes, and not the result of us depositing or withdrawing money. We research and verify; we do not claim to have tested payouts.
Ratings are a snapshot. Crypto casinos change coin support, bonus terms, restricted-state lists and ownership frequently, sometimes without notice. A rating accurate on the fact-check date above may be stale by the time you read it. Treat our figures as a starting point and confirm the current position on the operator's own site.
| What we publish | What it is | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Editorial rating (e.g. 9.7) | Our own weighted judgment | A user rating or a payout guarantee |
| Headline offer (e.g. 150% up to $2,000) | The operator's advertised promotion | A sum you will receive, or one free of conditions |
| Payout speed comments | Advertised or documented timings | Times we have personally measured |
| Licensing notes | Offshore licence claims as published | US regulatory approval of any kind |
Bonus offers and their conditions
Every promotion shown on this site belongs to the operator, and the operator's bonus terms override anything we write. We list headline figures so you can compare like with like; we do not set them, hold them, or honor them.
Before you opt into any deposit match, cashback or rakeback deal, read the operator's terms for at least the following:
- Wagering or playthrough requirement — the multiple of bonus (or bonus plus deposit) you must stake before withdrawal, and which games count toward it. Slots usually contribute more than blackjack, roulette or baccarat.
- Time limit — how long you have to clear it. Cashback offers such as BetPanda's 10% weekly cashback or Hyperlucky's 20% daily cashback up to $10,000 plus 100 free spins typically run on a fixed cycle with their own expiry.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active — exceeding it is one of the most common reasons winnings are voided.
- Caps and eligibility — Cryptorino's 100% match up to 1 BTC plus 10% weekly cashback, CoinPoker Casino's 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000 and Punkz's 20,000 USDT welcome package plus 15% cashback are all ceilings, not payments. Multi-deposit packages like Wild.io's up to 350% across three deposits plus 200 free spins, BC Game's four match bonuses up to $4,000 plus 400 free spins, or Vave's up to 550 USDT plus up to €75 free bet and 5% cashback release in tranches, each with its own conditions.
- Rakeback tiers — figures such as Thrill's up to 70% rakeback with 10% cashback, or Winna's up to 60% rakeback with 25% instant cashback, describe a top tier reached through VIP progression, not a rate that applies from your first bet.
- Bonus abuse rules — duplicate accounts, coordinated play and prohibited strategies will get balances confiscated under most operators' terms.
If we state a figure without its conditions, that is an error on our part and we would like to know. Report it through the contact form.
Individual listings and the limits of our coverage
BetPanda (rated 10.0)
BetPanda tops our table because its proposition is simple and crypto-first: a recurring 10% weekly cashback rather than a front-loaded match, which suits players who deposit steadily rather than once. Ongoing cashback is generally easier to value than a large headline package, since the qualifying loss calculation is more transparent than a multi-stage playthrough. Check the weekly cycle cut-off, any minimum loss threshold, and whether cashback is paid as cash or bonus funds before you rely on it. The limitation: a cashback-led offer gives a new depositor far less up-front value than the big welcome packages further down this list, and nothing on this page tells you how a rainy-day withdrawal will actually go.
CoinPoker Casino (rated 9.9)
CoinPoker Casino is listed for the crossover audience — players who want casino games alongside a poker ecosystem, which is uncommon among crypto operators. Its 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000 is a straightforward deposit match, but as with any match it is released against wagering, so treat the $2,000 as a cap you would need heavy volume to approach. The drawback: a poker-oriented platform typically has a narrower slot and live dealer catalog than a pure casino, and bonus contribution rules across poker and casino play are worth reading twice.
Cryptorino (rated 9.9)
Cryptorino earns its place by pairing a headline 100% match up to 1 BTC with 10% weekly cashback, so there is something for both the one-off big depositor and the regular. A bonus denominated in BTC carries an extra wrinkle US readers should note: the dollar value of a 1 BTC cap moves with the market, in both directions, which matters if you are clearing wagering over weeks. The limitation: a very large advertised ceiling usually pairs with wagering terms that only high-volume players will ever clear, and stablecoin players should confirm how a BTC-denominated cap converts for them.
Punkz (rated 9.8)
Punkz is here for stablecoin-focused players: a package quoted in USDT up to 20,000 with 15% cashback keeps the arithmetic in dollar terms and removes coin price movement from the clearing period. That is a genuine advantage over BTC-denominated offers. The limitation: a headline figure that large is tiered across deposits and conditions, and very few players will see anything near the top number.
Legal standing — offshore casinos and US players
State it plainly: the crypto casinos compared on this site are offshore operators. They are typically licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan, and occasionally Malta, rather than by any US regulator. There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. Regulated online casinos exist in a handful of states — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island among them — and those licensed operators do not run on cryptocurrency.
That leaves offshore crypto gambling in a legal grey area for most US players. Laws vary state by state, some states are explicitly more restrictive than others, and operators self-restrict different lists of states. We do not tell you that any site is legal or available where you live. Check your own state's law, and check the operator's own restricted-territory clause before depositing.
We will not publish workarounds. Nothing on this site should be read as advice to give false registration details, to use a VPN to get around a geoblock, or to avoid KYC, anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks. Most operators void accounts and confiscate balances for exactly that, and it is outside what we will help with. Our verification policy explainer covers what identity checks usually involve and when "no KYC" stops being no KYC.
Tax is your responsibility. US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and separately on crypto gains, and an anonymous account does not change that. We are not tax advisers or lawyers — treat this as general information and consult a qualified professional about your own position.
Crypto risk you are accepting, not us
Deposits and withdrawals at these sites are on-chain. Three practical consequences flow from that, and they are yours to manage:
- Transactions are irreversible. A payment sent to the wrong address, or on the wrong network, is generally gone. No operator and certainly no comparison site can claw it back.
- Fees and confirmation times vary. Ethereum gas, Bitcoin network congestion and cheaper rails like Litecoin or Dogecoin all behave differently. Advertised "instant withdrawals" describe the operator's processing, not the blockchain's.
- Price volatility cuts both ways. A balance held in BTC, ETH, LTC or DOGE can fall in dollar terms while you do nothing. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC reduce that exposure but carry their own issuer and network risk.
Securing your funds is also on you: use a self-custody or exchange wallet you control, enable two-factor authentication on the casino account, and understand that offshore operators may not offer the deposit protections, dispute channels or self-exclusion tools that state-regulated operators are required to provide.
What you get here, and what we do not provide
The site publishes reviews, comparison tables and explainers covering coin support, payout speed, bonus terms, licensing, anonymity and game range — slots, live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and crypto originals such as crash, dice and plinko, plus how provably fair systems and RNG certification differ. That is information, not advice. We do not operate games, hold player funds, process payments, run promotions, or act as an intermediary in any complaint.
If an operator refuses a withdrawal, changes bonus terms mid-way, or closes your account, your remedy is with the operator and, where applicable, its licensing body. We will listen and may update a review, but we have no power to compel anyone.
Accuracy, content ownership and site availability
We check facts against operator documentation and public licensing information and date our findings. Even so, offers and terms change. Where something is confirmed we say so; where it is an operator's advertising claim we label it as such; where it is unresolved we say that too. We give no warranty that every detail is current at the moment you read it.
Text, tables, ratings and layout on motards-online.com are our own work and may not be republished or scraped for reuse without permission. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from gambling at any operator listed here, from reliance on information on this site, or from decisions you make about buying, holding or transferring cryptocurrency.
Questions about these terms
If something here is unclear, if you think a listed offer is described inaccurately, or if you want to know whether a particular casino pays us, ask. Our contact page has the details, and we would rather correct a figure than leave it standing.
